The staff of Sunrise are dedicated, professional, and fair while still being heavily involved on the RP side of things as well as the administrative--in fact, many of them are involved with almost all of the official groups in one way or another. In addition to this, many of them also have years of staffing experience on various other games, so they're quite skilled at their jobs; you can rest assured that they're well-versed in the running of a MUCK, from day to day as well as in instances of trouble.
