In connecting to this Multi User Character Kingdom, hereafter Sunrise MUCK, you
agree to hold no administrator of the server, or any person whom holds the
title of Wizard or Staff Member, responsible or liable for the actions of
other players done upon you, or any events that should occur as a result you
having logged onto the MUCK. This goes as well for any other carriers of the
communications or creators of the software for any claims or damages resulting
from your usage without limitation.
  
Your access to this system may be revoked at anytime with or without cause or
warning, and is never guaranteed. Access to Sunrise MUCK is a privilege, not a
right. All users connecting consent to being completely logged and having
their connection recorded for access by the administration of the game.
  
This MUCK and the system that is run on is not to be used for unlawful purposes
of any kind, and as we have claimed the right to log everything that occurs on 
the MUCK at anytime, we hold the right to take action concerning such illegal
occurances as slander and libel, copyright infringment, conspiracy to commit a
crime, or violations of trade-seret or patent protections, but is not limited
to this.
  
Transmissions of data and any information given out by any person that logs on
to the MUCK can not be, and is not guaranteed secure. With the right of the
system to log any and all occurances on the MUCK, any of these logs are the
sole property of the MUCK administrator, and will not be given out for
purposes outside of what is stated as policy in any news file.
  
Any corruption of the game, server, database or any breach of code within them
will result in immediate termination and/or legal suits.
