                      Sunrise MUCK - Wizard Duties

Wizards are expected to follow the very same guidelines as any player when
it comes to respect, courtesy and following the basic rules of the MUCK (News
Rules). However, it goes beyond this, for their duties are more complex. These
are the main ones Sunrise's Wizards have to follow...

     General Rules;
------------------------->
  
     **  No Wizard can tell a player's information, identity, or
         alternate characters to anyone else, should it be another
         player or someone outside of the MUCK itself.
 
     **  No Wizard can change or alter in any form a player, room,
         object, description, etc. without the respective permission
         -- unless -- said Wizard has a good reason to. (I.e.; sexual
         material, insults, etc.) 
 
     **  Under any circumstances, a Wizard's word is -law-, for this
         reason it's expected from him or her to be as neutral and
         profesional as possible.
 
     **  Frobbing and Banning a player for a reason other than Idling
         more than 90 days -or- being asked to by the player, is an
         exclusive decision of the Head Wizard.  Do -NOT- take action
         without checking first, that's what we have @jail for.
 
     **  A Wizard that dissapears from the MUCK for more than -15-
         days without giving a respective warning of such will have
         his/her wizbit taken off and removed from the Wizards List.
 
     **  This is a very important rule; YOU MUST BE USEFUL. In other
         words, keeping your Wizard title means you have to do something
         worth for the MUCK, no matter how much you log on, the idea
         is do something for the MUCK.

     Duties;
------------------------->
     
     As mentioned in the last rule, in order to keep the title of Wizard
     one must devote a good ammount of time helping the MUCK itself 
     (this includes players, wizards and everything related to it). It
     is obvious we all have a Real Life and, in consequence, -real- 
     situations and problems to deal with. Should a Wizard experience 
     something like this that makes him or her unable to go on with 
     their duties for a determined period of time, then they should 
     notify all the Wizard Group, including the Head Wizard who will
     refrain from taking off their wizbits and/or removing them from the
     respective list.
 
     **  The common duties are;
                               Programming, MuckWide Plots, Tiny Plots,
                               Prides, Theme Management, Idle Purge,
                               Player Awards, Staff Management, Descriptions,
                               Building, Group Creation, Character Creation,
                               Character Management, Special Species,
                               Madagascar Theme.
